Membership Terms - Hiremusicians.uk

Hiremusicians.uk offers various membership levels which are subject to change:

  • Monthly Membership: £20 per month
  • 6 Month Membership: £55 per month
  • YearlyMembership: £75 per year
Payment is made securely via Stripe. Members receive immediate access to their accounts and can begin creating their profiles right after payment.

Memberships are monthly or annual and auto-renew by default. Renewal reminders will be sent up to 14 days in advance and again 7 days before renewal, where possible. Members can manage or cancel their subscription anytime via their account area: Membership/. Cancelling will stop future billing, but members retain full access until their subscription expires.

We offer a 24 hour evaluation period starting from the time of payment.

  • During this time, if a member is not satisfied, they may request a full refund minus a small administrative fee
  • If a member applies for a job during this period, we consider the membership fully accepted, and the evaluation period ends. Refunds will no longer be available after this point
  • We also offer a no-questions-asked refund for up to 5 days after renewal. Refunds requested after this window will not be processed

When a membership ends or is cancelled, all associated user data — including profiles and accounts — will be permanently deleted. This process is non-recoverable and aligns with our commitment to data privacy. We do not store user data for non-active or non-paying members.

All memberships include:

  • A user account on the site
  • A profile listed in our directory
  • The ability to update profiles and apply for jobs Featured members will have their profiles displayed above standard listings. Featured status is activated manually, typically by 9 AM on the next working day if purchased outside office hours

Profiles are self-published and do not require admin approval before going live. We reserve the right to remove or unpublish profiles that:

  • Promote other similar sites or competing platforms
  • Contain links to content we consider unsuitable

Membership provides access to apply for jobs and list profiles in our directory. We do not guarantee that acts will receive responses from organisers or secure work. All job applications and communications are managed directly between acts and organisers.
