Signup FAQs
Can I sign up in my country?
At present we only accept signups from acts based in the UK.
When will my profile go live?
As soon as you have sign up and pay you will have instant access to create your profile. It will go live right away.
How much does a membership cost?
We have a monthly subscription which costs £20 and a yearly subscription which costs £75. There are no other costs and no charges to receive leads from event organisers unlike other platforms.
Are there any other charges?
No. Unlike other platforms we do not charge to receive leads or add commission to your bookings. You keep all the money you earn, only paying for a membership.
How would I get paid?
Event organisers will contact, deal with, and pay you directly. You set your own rates and charge what you want.
Do you guarantee work?
No. We do not guarantee work and no platform should. We do guarantee you will be viewed by bookers online.
Is the subscription easy to cancel?
It's really easy to cancel a membership with us. It can be done in a few seconds in the members area under the manage membership tab. Simply click cancel and that will end any future billing.
Do you offer refunds and cancellations?
Yes we do, as long as it's within our terms:
New members: You get 24 hours to test everything out. Not happy? Get a full refund (minus small admin fee). If you apply for a job on the site, that ends the evaluation period and option for a refund.
Membership renewals: You get 5 days after a renewal to get a full refund (minus a small admin fee). If you apply for a job during this time, you will not get a refund.
